People who follow any type of diet tend to live longer than those who aren't on a diet at all. &lt;br&gt;I personally have read plenty of research on pro-fat and pro-carb sided studies, and I've picked a healthy happy medium full of veggies, minimal fruit, rarely grains (whole wheat's the biggest healthy joke of all, but still better than white bread, just stick with brown rice instead), high fish and nut intake, and moderate amounts of cow products. &lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">CyprusCorner</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 02 May 2010 00:39:13 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
